HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) System

HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) System

Your suite is equipped with a ceiling-concealed Mitsubishi 2-pipe VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) system, a centralized, energy-efficient, and fully integrated HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) system. This system uses two refrigerant lines to deliver heating and cooling simultaneously for year-round optimal comfort within your home.

Regular upkeep and maintenance of your in-suite HVAC system, including routine filter washing or replacement, is essential to ensure proper performance, energy efficiency, and long-term reliability, and is the responsibility of homeowners.

Annual preventive maintenance for your in-suite HVAC equipment will be scheduled together with the building’s common property HVAC mechanical systems by Strata management. For more information, please contact your Strata Manager.
