HVAC Filter (In-Suite)

HVAC Filter (In-Suite)

Your in-suite Mitsubishi 2-pipe VRF system uses a washable polypropylene honeycomb fabric filter, located behind the removable ceiling panel in your den. Homeowners are responsible for the filter’s regular upkeep, including routine washing or replacement, to ensure operational performance efficiency of the HVAC system.

The filter should be washed every 3-6 months and/or replaced at least once per year, depending on indoor air quality and the condition of the filter. Suites with pets or exposure to high dust levels—such as road traffic or construction—may require more frequent cleaning to maintain proper HVAC system performance.
