Emergency Guideline

For emergencies or any life‑threatening situation, call 911 immediately. For all other emergency situations, please use the following guidelines.

Fire

Please familiarize yourself with the building’s Fire Evacuation Plan, posted by the elevators on each floor, to identify the locations of Emergency Exits, Fire Alarm Pull Stations, and Fire Extinguishers. 

In the event of an alarm, stay calm and follow the building instructions announced through your in‑suite fire alarm speakers.

Identify the source of the water leak and notify your building’s Strata Manager immediately.

Locate the source of the water leak, turn off the main water shut-off valve in your unit, and contact the Frame Customer Care team if you are within the 2‑year warranty period.

Power Outage

Remain calm and notify both your Strata Manager and BC Hydro.

Inspect your in‑suite electrical breaker panel and reset it. If the issue continues after resetting, please contact the Frame Customer Care team if you are within the 2‑year warranty period.

No Heating

(In-suite)

Switch OFF the HVAC fan‑coil breaker on your electrical panel, then switch it back ON. Ensure your thermostat is set to Heat Mode with the Fan set to Auto for proper operation.


If the issue continues after resetting, please contact the Frame Customer Care team if you are within the 2‑year warranty period.

Gas Leaks or Gas Odor

(In-Suite and Common Areas)

If you detect a smell similar to rotten eggs, it may indicate a gas leak. Stay calm, go outside and contact the FortisBC Emergency Line immediately.
