Bathroom Ventilation— ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilator) Timer Switch

Bathroom Ventilation— ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilator) Timer Switch

Your suite has an integrated ventilation system as part of the Mitsubishi HVAC fan coil. While the thermostat operates overall ventilation throughout your home by balancing indoor humidity through the transfer of moisture between incoming fresh air and outgoing stale air, the bathroom ventilation is specifically controlled through the ERV timer switch – wall-mounted alongside your bathroom light switches.

This ERV switch activates a high-speed ventilation flow using 20/40/60 minutes boost settings to quickly remove excess humidity during showers and baths. It is recommended to use the ERV boost function for the entire duration of showers and baths to ensure proper moisture ventilation and help reduce moisture buildup within your suite.
