To ensure a smooth move-in experience for all residents, please book the elevator at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled move-in. All deliveries, including furniture and packages, must be directed to the designated delivery room. For safety and access reasons, parcels may not be left in hallways, lobbies, or any other common areas.
