Elevator Booking and Loading Bay
All
elevator bookings can be made through the “Amenities” tab in the Tribe Home
portal (please refer to your “Welcome Letter” email from Tribe
Management Inc. for details).
Elevator
booking is required if you need to be the sole user of the elevator for a
specific period of time. Bookings should be limited to 90-minute intervals to
ensure all residents have fair access during moving periods. Elevator bookings
cannot be scheduled until you have received your keys from the Customer Care
team. Once a booking request is submitted, the selected time slot will be
temporarily held for you until it is formally approved, which typically takes
1–2 business days.
The Loading
Bay is located at the rear of the building. Please access it via the
laneway off Duke Street.
