Patios
Mountainview Dining Terrace (Level 5) – This fifth-level space includes
multiple dining and lounging areas with trellis and string lighting. Enjoy
dining with two BBQ's.
Elevated Private Patio (Level 6) – This rooftop patio is a private green
space located on Level 6, spanning much of the podium’s width. It offers homeowners
a private park with lounging, dining, and recreation areas with panoramic
views.
Pet Washing Stations
Two pet washing stations are available in the parkade on P2 (Room P201), located by the West Tower Elevator.
Residential Waste (Garbage) Room
The waste (garbage), recycling, and compactor room is located in the parkade on P1 (Room P151), near the East Tower Elevator.
Bike Repair Room
A bike repair room for residents and commercial units is available in the parkade on P1 (Room P146), near the East Tower Elevator.
Indoor Bike Racks
Multiple indoor bike rack rooms are located throughout P1, in Rooms 01 to 12.
