Parking, Storage Locker and EV Charger
Parking
and Storage Locker/Bike Locker
At the time
of closing, homeowners who have purchased parking and/or storage will receive
their assigned parking stall and locker information. During your key pickup
appointment with the Customer Care team, you will be shown the specific
locations of your parking stall and storage locker.
Please ensure
that you park only in your designated parking stall and use your own padlock to
secure your storage locker and/or bike locker.
EV
Charger
If you
have already purchased an EV charger, please see the information below. If you
have not yet purchased one and require a charger, please contact
salessupport@petersonbc.com .
The EV
charger consists of two components:
- Wallbox Pulsar Plus – This
compact and powerful charger provides fast, efficient home charging for any
electric vehicle on the market today and is designed to accommodate future EV
battery technologies. Please note that the EV charger is not covered under the
2‑5‑10 New Home Warranty. The manufacturer provides a 3‑year warranty, and all
warranty claims are handled directly by them. For assistance, please contact them
at service.na@wallbox.com.
- Eddie App – You will receive an
email invitation to join the Eddie platform. Simply click “Accept the
invitation” and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your account
setup. The Eddie app provides a secure and restricted connection to your
Wallbox Pulsar Plus charger, allowing you to monitor and control charging from
your smart device. It also offers convenient pay-per-use functionality, making
it easy to manage your home EV charging efficiently.
